1. 1) ToyotaCare covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, and 24/7 Roadside Assistance is for 2 years/unlimited mileage, with the following exceptions: (1) ToyotaCare for Mirai is 3 years/35,000 miles and ToyotaCare for vehicle model years 2026 and earlier is 2 years/25,000 miles; and (2) Roadside Assistance for Mirai, Prius, Toyota BEVs and PHEVs is 3 years/unlimited mileage. 2. 2) Toyota recommends service every 6 months or 5,000 miles. Vehicles serviced based solely on time will receive up to 2 services (5,000-mile and 10,000-mile maintenance) under the ToyotaCare plan. Certain models require a different maintenance schedule as described in their Maintenance Guide.
3. 3) Enhanced 24/7 Roadside Assistance allows use of in-vehicle SOS button to assist response agent to identify vehicle location. Unlimited mileage coverage effective with an active Safety Connect trial which depends on factors outside Toyota’s control, including 4G network availability. Services require account registration through Toyota App and acceptance of Connected Services Terms of Use at Toyota–Connected Services Terms of Use and Master Data Consent. Data charges may apply.
